A small red number after a statement, like this , means the report records a footnote on it. Footnotes in this report exist for one purpose: to note where a speaker's words differed from the slide, where two figures were given, where one speaker contradicted another, where a statement was clarified on review of the recording, or where a public source differs from what was said.
